Bhuvan is a indian google earth with alll such good features like sattellite view , 3d view etc.. But the main difference is that bhuvan`s maps & databases are updated every year unlike google earth ( 4yrs ). So, I think it is a good google earth alternative but not better than google earth, because bhuvan`s 3D imagery are not so good.
